La paella is more than just another chiringuito on the beach. This family run business has been in existence for more than fifty years and at this time is predominantly run by twin brothers Marko and Javier with regular input from their dad.

The other point of note is that the kitchen staff and waiting staff in La Paella have also been working for the family business for many years which shows the respect that this establishment has, not only from regular clientele but also from their employees.

Nestled underneath the famous Paseo Maritimo on the Fontanilla beach in Marbella is a rustic construction which houses this delightful establishment. The beach  in front of the restaurant has a few selected sun beds, which are ideal for plopping on to for a snooze after a long delicious lunch in the sun.

The menu, as you would expect from such an eaterie, is sourced fresh daily with the kitchen being stocked from local fishermen and the fruit and vegetables brought in to the town from local fincas dotted around the outskirts of Marbella. This of course adds to the taste and enjoyment of their sublime dishes.
